Alexander Patts the conductor of the Symphony orchestra attended this musical evening and was introduced to us. A very pleasant talented person.
Last evening with  Mary was something to remember.

Mary left at 5:30 today for South Africa. Pearly tears were on our cheeks saying goodbye to an ANGEL.

Hans and myself now just have to swim.

Words we don't have for Mary but her name is burnt in to our HEARTS.

Dirk has his own SECURITY FORCE GUIDING these old jewels.

A VALUABLE READ

As we grow older, and hence wiser, we slowly realize that wearing a $300 or $30 watch, they both tell the same time.

Whether we carry a $300 or $30 wallet/handbag, the amount of money inside is the same.

Whether we drink a bottle of $30 or $3 wine, the vomiting is the same.

Whether the house we live in is 30 or 300 sqm  - the loneliness is the same.

Hopefully, one day you will realize, your true inner happiness does not come from the material things of this world.

Whether you fly first or economy class, if the plane goes down, you go down with it.

Therefore, I hope you realize, when you have mates, buddies, old friends, brothers, or sisters, who you chat with, laugh with, talk with, have sing-songs with, talk about north-south-east-west, or heaven and earth...that is true happiness!!

FIVE UNDENIABLE FACTS OF LIFE:

1.  Don't educate your children to be rich. Educate them to be happy, so when they grow up, they will know the value of things, not the price.

2.  Eat your food as your medicines. Otherwise, you'll have to eat medicines as your food.

3.  The One who loves you will never leave you, because even if there are 100 reasons to give up, they will find one reason to hold on.

4.  There is a big difference between a human being and being human. Only a few really understand it.

5.  You are loved when you are born.  You will be loved when you die.  In between, you have to manage!

If you just want to walk fast, walk alone, but if you want to walk far, walk together!

THE SIX BEST DOCTORS IN THE WORLD:
Sunlight
Rest
Exercise
Diet
Self-confidence
Friends

Maintain them in all stages of life and enjoy healthy life.
Hans and Elisme have GOD in-control.
So they are having a MIRACULOUS DAY.
GOD is at work.

ROAD TO THE NORTH OF LA CROSSE

Mary took us with -she had to do another radio recording at Whitehall.

We love to see the country. Our first little town was Lake Marinuka named after an Indian princess -Hochunks nation.

The Indians have their own land. They have their own laws and runs themselves. That was done when the American gave back their land - called the Hochunk reservation. The Indian  community has a small piece of land in Minneapolis on which they build a Casino. The whole Indian community share in the profit yearly, which is 200,000$ per person over 18 years old. This creates a big problem. They don't work and spent their money on wrong things, like drugs.

Galesville next town, farming community.

Ettrick is smaller than Galesville 524 people. The towns of Galesville and Ettrick  joined together to get one school.

Bliar - they have an egg festival. Well known for their eggs.($1.59 for one dozen)

Beach Corner farming community planting and harvesting. The farmers are using machinery to do their lands - No labour is used.

Whitehall has its Radio station and making a lot of cheese. That is their main source of business.

Arcadia is the head quarters   for Ashley furniture. They have an outlet in Pretoria distributing their product all over the world.

We are now in big Deer hunting Country. Deer hunting is big in America. It will open on this Saturday and it will be open for 10 days. The total population of Deers in America is approximately 3 million. 22 thousand get killed on the road per year.

Bow hunting in Minneapolis has started  and will end when the rifle hunting starts.

We ended our trip to visit Dicks Radio stations.

He has 6 Radio stations here in La Crosse. The other 32 radio stations is in some other cities.
This was really an interesting afternoon. We have never been seen the operation of a Radio station. Amazing how all the different stations, recordings and voices goes to a technical room and from there to the towers.

Each station have its own broadcast studio.

Dick and his employees have received many awards during the years to excellent service.
The best ornament in his office look at the jar.
